Kalmia View is a rare site in Atlanta filled with mature stands of mountain laurel along with a rich mix of colorful rhododendrons and azaleas.

Many of these were planted around what's been nicknamed the "Buckhead Skylodge", a stone house built in 1927.

The developers of Kalmia View are restoring and updating this historic house to retain its original beauty and character that is so well suited to the site.
