Gunn Construction & Development is a co-developer and builder of Kalmia View with more than 40 years of combined construction experience.

The president of the company, Rett Gunn, has been in the industry since the late 70’s where he started with contractors that worked with his father, an architect in Savannah.

Since then, he’s been with 3D/International and Barton Malow Company serving as a project manager and business developer.

Rett holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
